Shipping policy

All orders are usually shipped on the next working day according to the Malaysian calendar via the customer's selected and paid for shipping method:

• Malaysian address via express: to reach customer within 2-4 working days from order.
• International address via express: to reach customer within 3-7 working days from order.
• International address via airmail: to reach customer within 10-30 days from order.

If an order does not reach within the above timeframe and no e-mail, SMS or WhatsApp notice is given, FocusFoods.co will bear the responsibility to consider them as failed shipments and shall address each case accordingly.
